Prosecutors have indicted six petrochemical companies, including LG Chem, over alleged price fixing involving products worth about 16 trillion won. The Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office said the companies and 37 current or former executives were charged with violating competition law. The specific involvement and responsibility of each company and individual will now be tested in court.
