SBS Plus and ENA dating-show “I Am Solo” 25th-season contestants Youngsoo and Soonja announced in an interview released on October 22 that they will marry on December 5, 2026. They said they remained friends and colleagues for about two years after appearing together in 2024, then began dating with marriage in mind in mid-August 2026. They chose December 5 because it falls exactly two years after filming their first-impression selection scene, and said they made their wedding invitations before taking wedding photos after meeting their parents.
Soonja said Youngsoo’s dependable conduct impressed her, while Youngsoo cited Soonja’s attendance at his recital despite a snowstorm and said they had not raised their voices during more than two months together.
