Kyunghyang Shinmun reports a Bank of Korea analysis finding that employment among people aged 15 to 29 fell by about 280,000 jobs over the four years since 2022, and that 94% of that decline occurred in occupations classified as highly exposed to AI. The research found larger employment declines where automation exposure was higher and argued for preserving entry-level work that lets younger workers build experience, including tasks such as checking and validating AI output.
