Nearly 29,400 people in their 20s and 30s applied for individual rehabilitation through July, accounting for about 30% of all applicants. By the second quarter, roughly 31,600 people aged 30 or younger had also received debt adjustments, representing 32.5% of confirmed cases. The figures show that formal debt-relief systems remain heavily used by younger households even as headline economic indicators improve.
