South Korean monitoring found 1,178,345 property listings that remained online after transactions were completed between 2022 and July 2026. The annual count rose from about 95,000 in 2022 to nearly 400,000 last year. Another 252,619 cases were identified in the first seven months of this year. The figures highlight the scale of stale or potentially misleading listings that home seekers can encounter on online real-estate platforms.
