Seoul apartment prices rose for the 86th consecutive week, setting a new record beyond the previous 85-week run recorded during the Moon Jae-in administration. The Korea Real Estate Board said prices increased 0.09% week on week in the fourth week of September, based on data for September 28. The gain slowed from 0.13% the previous week, but the upward streak continued.
