Cortis is marking the first anniversary of its debut with an expanded version of its second EP, ‘GreenGreen.’ The new edition, titled ‘GreenGreen_playextended,’ adds two songs — ‘Pack It Up’ and ‘MoneyMoneyMoney’ — to the six-track original and is scheduled for release at midnight Monday. The group first performed the two additions as surprise stages during the opening night of its ‘Put Your Phone Down Birthday Party’ at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul. Big Hit Music said the songs were created during the original ‘GreenGreen’ production process but were left off the initial track list, with the new edition intended to reflect the group’s current musical identity.
All five members — Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon and Keonho — took part in writing and composing the new material. The timing gives the expansion extra weight because ‘GreenGreen’ has become the group’s breakthrough release, spending 14 consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200. Cortis is also continuing its 14-show tour across nine cities, linking the anniversary release directly to a broader live and international growth cycle.
