BIGHIT MUSIC says it is continuing criminal action against people accused of defaming BTS, spreading false information and engaging in other malicious online activity. The agency's third-quarter update said recent cases include posts on Korean communities, global social platforms and anonymous forums based outside Korea.

The company said some people responsible for defamatory or insulting posts have already faced fines or court proceedings. It also warned that fabricated stories about albums, performances and other BTS content can lead to criminal complaints, and said it continues to collect evidence through monitoring and fan reports.

The update also addressed ticket scalping. BIGHIT said a suspect accused of making more than 2 billion won through organized resale using automated programs and other people's identities was detained and referred to prosecutors, with the agency cooperating in the investigation.

The company says it will maintain a zero-tolerance approach to both malicious content and illegal ticket resale, including cases that originate on overseas platforms.
