Seoul has simplified access to its companion call-taxi service for older residents who may be less comfortable booking rides by smartphone. The revised connection no longer requires the same intermediate 120 Dasan Call Center counselor step, and the city says the service will start at 8 a.m. from next month, one hour earlier than before.
