Winter use of Korea's 2026 energy voucher begins October 1 for eligible low-income households. Households of four or more can receive up to 701,300 won for the year, with support available through utility-bill deductions or designated payment methods. The program is intended to reduce heating costs for households that may otherwise cut back on electricity, gas or other fuel during cold weather.
