The Transport Ministry and Korail are expanding train service from September 23 to 27 for the first Chuseok holiday after high-speed rail integration. The plan adds seat capacity and is intended to reduce reservation pressure during the holiday travel peak. Officials also said safety management will be strengthened as passenger volumes rise.
