Highway tolls will be waived nationwide from midnight September 24 through midnight September 27 for the Chuseok holiday period. The exemption covers all vehicles using national and private expressways during the four-day window. The Cabinet approved the extended period because the waiver continues beyond the core September 24 to 26 holiday dates.
Drivers entering before the window or leaving after it should follow the normal toll rules for the portions outside the exemption period.
