The Supreme Court will hold a hearing on October 27 to decide whether Kim Keon Hee should remain detained under an additional warrant. Kim will participate by video from Nambu Detention Center, while the Min Joong-ki special counsel team plans to appear in person before the Supreme Court's Second Division, led by Justice Oh Kyung-mi.
The current detention warrant expires on October 31, and the court said a decision could come as early as the evening of the hearing.
