Daewoong Pharmaceutical has signed an exclusive domestic sales and commercialization agreement with digital-health company Emocog for Cogthera, a treatment for mild cognitive impairment. Cogthera received Korean regulatory approval in May 2025 and is used by prescription for twice-daily cognitive training over 12 weeks.
The companies say cumulative prescriptions reached about 2,400 by the end of August. The agreement also covers Cogscreen, a web-based screening tool designed to flag possible cognitive decline for further clinical evaluation.
