A 25-ton dump truck drove into a restaurant in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province, after colliding with a passenger car, leaving 15 people moderately to seriously injured. Police believe the passenger car turned left against a traffic signal and struck the truck traveling straight.
The truck driver and car driver were seriously injured, while 13 restaurant users were also hurt; the truck hit two parked cars and the building, and no alcohol or drug violations were found.
