Veteran outfielder Son Ah-seop has returned to the NC Dinos on a one-year deal worth 50 million won, eight days after being released by the Doosan Bears, and he is scheduled to join the team in January. Son began his professional career with the Lotte Giants in 2007 and recorded a .236 batting average, 37 hits, 15 RBIs and a .581 OPS in 54 games for Doosan this season.
His career totals include a .318 average, 2,655 hits, 183 home runs and 1,101 RBIs, while NC expects his left-handed bat and experience to complement its right-handed-heavy lineup.
