Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster plans to launch its AI-powered Intelligent Eyewear in December, with preorders scheduled to open on November 12. Developed with Google and Samsung on the Android XR platform, the glasses are presented with AI functions and real-time translation.
The launch will put Gentle Monster's branded version against Meta's smart glasses and is also being viewed as a renewed attempt to bring Google's wearable computing vision into a fashion eyewear format.
