South Korea beat host Japan 75-70 in Nagoya to win the Asian Games women's basketball gold medal. Lee Hae-ran scored 24 points and captain Kang Lee-seul added 21 as Korea held off a late Japanese comeback after leading by as many as 20.
The title is Korea's first women's basketball gold since 2014 and, after the men's team also beat Japan for gold, completes a Korean sweep of the two basketball titles.
