FC Seoul moved within one victory of the 2026 K League 1 title after drawing 2-2 with Gimcheon Sangmu at Seoul World Cup Stadium on October 18. Polish forward Patryk Klimala scored twice, but Seoul conceded two penalties and had to settle for a point. Seoul now has 66 points from 20 wins, six draws and six losses, 16 ahead of second-place Ulsan HD.

A win over Gangwon on October 24 would secure Seoul’s seventh league title and first since 2016, while an Ulsan defeat to Pohang could also confirm the championship.
