Yoo Hyun-jou produced a rare sequence in the opening round of the Korean women’s golf season finale. On the par-four 13th, her second shot from 87 meters rolled into the cup for a shot eagle, and her tee shot on the next par-three also rolled across the green and dropped for a hole-in-one.
The back-to-back eagles made her the fourth player in KLPGA Tour history to achieve the feat, including a hole-in-one. Yoo finished the round tied for fourth, one shot behind the leader, with two eagles supporting her bid for a third win of the season.
