Posco Group is opening a large entry-level recruitment round with AI and robotics skills placed near the center of its hiring plan. The group is recruiting hundreds of new employees across six affiliates and research organizations in roughly 60 roles, with applications open through Sept. 16.
The technical positions include robot perception and control research as well as AI-transformation work aimed at manufacturing and office operations. That makes the recruitment drive a workforce signal as well as a hiring announcement: Posco is building internal capacity for automation and AI across both production and corporate functions.
Hiring shows where investment is moving
For graduates and early-career applicants, the opportunity stretches beyond conventional steel-industry jobs into software, robotics and data-driven operations. The longer-term test is where these recruits are deployed and whether the new roles translate into measurable changes in factories, research programs and business processes rather than remaining a broad AI hiring label.
